2. Scope of services

We provide car detailing, paint correction, protective coatings and paint protection film. Website descriptions are indicative; the binding scope, materials and price are set in your written quote or booking confirmation in line with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.

3. Price and payment

Prices are stated in UAH and include applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise. A quote is valid for 14 days. A deposit is payable on booking and the balance on completion. The price may change if inspection reveals damage not visible when the quote was issued.

4. Timing and cancellation

Timelines are estimates; we will notify you of material delays. You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked slot. Later cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover reserved workshop time. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Liability

Services are performed with professional care. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, non-original paintwork or damage caused by third parties after handover. Our liability is limited to the value of the service ordered, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. Consumer rights and complaints

Claims are accepted at contact@gruvenixa.com or +380 733 156 3722 and are reviewed within 10 business days under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10.06.2023 № 3153-IX.

7. Personal data and cookies

Personal data submitted through our forms, analytics and non-essential cookies are processed only with your informed consent, as required by Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Advertising

All commercial content is identifiable, accurate and not misleading, in accordance with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 03.07.1996 № 270/96-ВР.

9. Intellectual property and governing law

Site texts, images and marks belong to gruvenixa.com and may not be reproduced without written permission. These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.
